This is very wrong!! I have tried many way and i get always same error “The submission included an empty file” and then there is not live support or phone number, nothing! I’ve been trying to change my account country and after uploading my id it is all good bit then does ask for a proof of residency and i do upload a proof and description of issue and more files up to 4 files but when you submit it always come up the error “The submission included an empty file” do i have to make a difference account?? This is unacceptable how big is blizzard? Is this for real?
