Dear Blizzard customer support and community,
Today, I have received two unauthorized charges which are as of the time stated as pending by pp and my paypal balance of 100 euros has been deducted. Also, an account restriction has been made on my account asking me for an authenticator despite not having one. It has been a few days since I last logged in to battle net, and unexpectedly, I tried logging in but despite that, it seems my account has been accessed by someone else. Strangely enough I have never shared my account information, never logged on a different computer and I am certain there was no key logger since i am very thorough. It’s trivial to gain access back and be refunded of the money, as there is a payment due for a irl situation. Patiently awaiting for a reply - solution.
