My Eu wow account got suspended for 2 weeks from what i can see its silenced aswell and i have no idea why. im not a vulgar man and i play with a very close friend base and dont really talk much to others in the game unless its in a dungeon or raid. it says its suspended till 23rd of april and i have no idea how to contact blizzard. made the appeal 7 hours ago on the website and havent heard anything yet

To answer your question in the title, you can only contact Blizzard with a ticket.
If you haven’t yet, see this Support article on appeals. It provides information on the process.
The appeal process can take more or less time depending on the number of players in line. A wait of several days is not unheard of.
Hopefully, it won’t take that long.
Finally, there is a WoW Customer Support forum where you can get information on Blizzard policies and procedures. The Blizzard agents on that forums can provide info on specific questions that you may have. I do not know whether you can post there while you are restricted.
