So a few weeks ago i logged in battlenet to pre order COD Modern Warfer i not used my battle.net account for while but i had no problem to log in and make the purches. Then i was happy and went for a vacation. Today a wanted to log in and it says you banned my account. I read a little on the subject and i see there is no chance to get my account back so i just want to thank you to stole from me that money .

I can’t see any ban on the account but a password reset request by you. Have you checked your mailbox for that password reset?

Ok just to be clear this is not the banne account this is an old account that i not used at all or do you expected me to write here with the banned account??? My Banned account is Grim#2733

In this case you would have to open a ticket by clicking “Support” in the top right corner and the colleagues will look into this for you. We here in the forum can’t do this.
