Battle net account banned

Hello

A few hours ago, my Blizzard account was banned. In the email I received from Blizzard, there was no clear or specific explanation for why my account was banned.
I purchased a World of Warcraft account about six months ago and have been playing without any issues during these months. However, a few hours ago, I received an email stating that my Blizzard account had been closed.
I don’t think this is related to World of Warcraft itself, because if it were, only the WoW account should have been banned, not the entire Blizzard account. I have two Blizzard accounts and play WoW on both. My other Blizzard account has not been banned, and I can still play on it.
I am not sure what caused my first Blizzard account to be banned. The only thing that comes to mind is that I used tokens and gift from my first Blizzard account to purchase the second WoW account on second blizzard account, intending to receive the recruit friend items for my first blizzard account which got banned a few hours ago.
Because there are severe internet restrictions in my country, I use a VPN. I’m not sure if using a VPN caused my Battle.net account to be banned. Since my second Battle.net account has not encountered any issues, I don’t think it is related to the VPN.
I only had World of Warcraft on both of my Battle.net accounts and did not have any other games.
Since my first Battle.net account has been banned and I cannot log in to submit a review request, I had to do it using my second Battle.net account. Here is the ticket number. EU101539203
Please, I really need someone to help me get my Battle.net account unlocked because I did not do anything wrong. My main World of Warcraft account is on that account, and I have spent a lot of time on it. I don’t know what to do.

Blizzard used to care about its players, now they don’t care about Blizzard, all they care about is making money, you can say goodbye to your account

Posting in the forum won’t lead to any results. You’ll have to send in an appeal via ticket so the GMs can check your account again if they made an error.

As TMan said: Ban discussions aren’t allowed on the forums.

That is doubtful as all ban emails are accompanied with a reason. You disagreeing with it doesn’t make it “no clear or specific explanation”. I can guestimate it is a closure for violating the terms hm.

So I was right you were violating the terms. Generally for this part, it means a major violation occured sufficiently enough to close down the BNET account.

If you’re playing from a sanctioned country then that is sufficient reasons for a full account closure. Please do not bypass using VPN’s.

For ban appeals you’ll have to go to the Account Restrictions page. It may take several days for a response as they investigate your appeal.

I can play game without vpn. i use vpn to access youtube and twitch. since you are a expert, can you explain to me why out of 2 battle net accounts only one of them got banned? either blizzard is really bad at what they’re doing by not ban my other account, or you don’t have enough information and you’re just talking nonsense.

When your battle net account is banned, you cant login and go to account restrictions page.

it says The battle net account has violated the Blizzard End User License Agreement. but which part of eula? how i can violating the terms or eula with battle net account? thats why i said there was no clear or specific explanation.
