The downloaders will not start. Windows 10 64bit can not start the drivers. Error message “Can not reach the file” or “Not permitted to use the file”.

Can you try running the installer as admin and see if that helps with resolving the issue? This will normally help with any permission based errors.
- Right click the installer file
- Choose “Run as Admin”
