Hello, your game had a technical issue at thursday as you properly know, where elder rifts and other dungeons were broken and diden’t work. I had saved up 10 legendary crest in the elder rift and was doing it and since the elder rifts got bugged while doing the rift i lost all of them. Elder rift boss diden’t drop a single thing. I have not recived a mail where it says returned or in my inventory. I got the apologize compensation i think everyone got? but it diden’t include my crests. Would like to have them sent back to me. I have tried contacting game masters but got told to write on forum for help
