Hi Support,
The last time I was in a shadow clan was two months ago. This bug was still there then. And it still is now.
So the party exits vault and the cooldown is 10 minutes but after the time, the message continues to show and we can’t enter vault. Basically the part that says minutes disappears but the message that cooldown is in effect stays.
We did fix this by disbanding the party and starting over again with new party but this happens to everyone all day. Considering I was immortal for 8 weeks I would have thought there was plenty of time to fix this but clearly it hasn’t so I’m making a ticket because it’s unacceptable to have such a bug still exist…. Sorry but please do something about it!!!
