Had trouble with downloading updates since I got the game but now it doesn’t download at all, and just gives an error code. I’ve tried everything suggested but nothing works. Is it possible to get a refund? Sick of not being able to play for a week every time they release updates which is way too often when we can’t update the game cos of their servers.
