On the install button, there is a message “this game cannot be installed yet”.

Could you delete Battle.net app’s cache and then restart your PC and after that run the app as admin and try again?
The game has been already released and it should be available for the install.
I had same issue earlier today. I closed BNet, relaunched and it worked fine.
i have successfully installed. I downloaded the installer in the dowload section on the Blizzards website. Thank you very much.
Did what you suggested but still I cannot install it 
Same here. Unable to install on PC. Never played DI on PC before. Moreover - never installed BattleNet or any other Blizzard games on this particular PC, it’s a new one.

same here it still shows this game cannot be installed yet. Is it because my laptop GPU is an AMD? please help
