I can no longer get onto my old account. I can remember the password and email I used for the account but because I no longer have my old phone I can’t get past the authentication stage. I tried creating a ticket but got told I can’t be identified as I have used a different name for my account. Please help I wanna play overwatch

My Fiancé is having an issue like this as he no longer has his authenticator but knows his email and password. Has contacted Blizzard but had no reply yet and this was last week.
I haven’t had a reply either
