So,. my second account - wtf has happened here? Characters deleted, no pruchase history, Diablo 3 installed on pc and I can’t play it…

You’re not going to be able to get account issues resolved on the forum; Blizzard needs to verify that you are the rightful account owner and you may have to provide government-issued ID for that.

For Diablo III… what do you mean by " I can’t play it ".

  • Do you mean that it crashes ?
  • Do you mean that all your heroes are gone and that your stash in town is empty ?
  • Do you mean something else all together ?
