Classic WOTLK EXP issue

Hi! We are playing WOTLK with my SO. We are always in a party and play at the same times. We both have ‘‘Joyous Journeys’’ buff active.
But Im leveling way faster than her. Im 42 she’s 40 now. I realised quests and mobs give give more exp to me. But we couldn’t figure out why…

We are both in pyrewood village. I’m a dranei hunter, she’ a dranei warrior.

Can you help us solve this issue? Thank you…
