CoD:Cold War, CoD:MW Cant connect to the server

Hi when i try to launch CoD:Cold War CoD:ModerWarfare i keep getting the connection error.
My internet its fine and the servers are not down because i have friends playing on it.

I had the same issue with COD: BOCW, but I fixed it by logging in to my activision account and linking it to Battle-Net.

am having same problem and i tried you way but in activision my account already linked to battle .net ,then what should i do ?
any clues?
