Diablo2 characters lost

Dear Blizzard,

Hello, i required some assistance about my Diablo2 characters, please let me know if you can help. I login the game two days ago and a lot of my characters were disappeared (there were 18 characters, now only 1 left). I haven’t login for around 2 months, are you able to take a look what was going wrong? were the characters expired or being hacked? I really want to make sure what was happened, if my characters deleted by intruder, I will change my password or create a new account. Please let me know if you want my account names. Thank you for helping.

Hi there!

It’s important to remember to connect to the same Region you were playing from before, characters are specific to the account and region for Diablo 2.

While it is possible if you’ve been offline for 90 days the characters have been wiped, should it have been only 2 months they should still be there.

We don’t have the ability to restore/recover Diablo 2 characters sadly, so if someone has deleted them it is permanently.
