Email change and new account

Hello there.

Is it possible to register a new bnet account using an email address that was previously associated with a different account if I change email associates to the existing account to something new? Or this ‘old’ email will be blocked for new registration?

Hello,

Yes… the order of operation is pretty much what you have in your post.

  1. Assign a new e-mail to the old account… and then
  2. create the new account with the old e-mail.

I think the change is effective immediately (or it did when I changed the e-mail on my account). You can test it yourself by logging on the old account once you’ve changed the e-mail. The old e-mail won’t work… and you will need to use the new e-mail to logon… the old e-mail should then be available for the new account.
