Error BLZBNTAGT00000BB8 can not download call of duty black ops cold war

recently i have bought cold war, and after doing everything suggested in blizzard’s site i still cant manage to download it.
any tips or tutorials?

It’s always worth trying to clear the Blizzard App cache by deleting the following folders:

  1. Press windows key + R > Type %programdata% > Click OK > Delete the Battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders

  2. Press windows key + R > Type %appdata% > Click OK > Delete the Battle.net folder

  3. Press windows key + R > Type %localappdata% > Click OK > Delete the battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders

Make sure to also right click and run the App as Administrator when you start it up.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion but none of that works for me.

hello my game will randomly stop working and wont let me scan and repair as it always comes up with the error . i have tried all steps suggested and i am using a suggested antivirus i cant figure out what’s wrong.
