Hello i need some help

Hello, first time posting on the forums, I’m not sure if I should post this here but customer service doesn’t seem to help.

I’ve recently gotten logged out of my battle.net account from the pc app because my ‘‘Session expired’’, after I logged back into the account some of my games were missing, my profile picture was changed, my friend’s list was empty (had a few friends added) and my purchase history was gone. I have receipts for the purchased games if they are needed, but they don’t show in my purchase history? Can anybody help?
