How come people in warzone and black ops can hit you for 100% of their shots while you’re moving and they are moving and jumping all around with zero recoil?

It is the wrong forum for discussions on any games published by Activision; since Activision does not have discussion forums for their games, you could use social media (Reddit is probably a good place to start).
Blizzard offers only limited support on Activision games.
