change region when u are in europe change to america it will help
I cant log in either, have tried all they listed and nothing

Yes, it does work for the battlenet login agent, but I still cannot connect to the game -wow classic-
EDIT : Blizzard CS EU twitter account just posted an update saying they are analyzing the connection issues. Hopefully it will get resolved soon 
The battle net login Windows does show the message as well.
blizzard are now investigating the matter
