Yesterday was playing three of us Diablo 2 ressurected on ps 5 and suddenly servers crushed and been thrown to main screen instantly.Was trying to login no success,after 20 min trying give up went to sleep.In a morning wake up to check if servers back-charachter dead,customer support saying cannot help,they said this happenning i must be prepared,very interesting how?HC ladder only 4 month i think and if i loose charachter every timeservers crashed how is it possible to play a game i wiil achieve nothing plus all gear gone.Devs can u help somehow ?
