we are can’t take any weapon in survival mode. Online or private same problem.

As the issue is an in-game problem though you would actually need to report that to Activision as they make the game - Activision Support
Blizzard can only assist with purchase issues via the site or purchase and installation issues with the Battle.net launcher. All Support for in-game issues is provided by Activision.
The private match survival mode in 1 player mode quits to desktop when I disconnect the internet during match, the problem must be caused by their server software.
We have been reporting this for 1 month now, and no communication or fix at all.
This is just terrible for reputation.
