MW2 Weapons are still locked eventhough i fill the requirements

Hey
I have been playing MW2 for a while now, and I have hit max lvl. I have used a lot of time lvling weapons so I can unlock every weapon. But eventhough i have achived the lvl requited for the unlock the weapons are somehow still locked.
Plz help
