My account was banned wrongfully

I purchased Blizzard’s official WOW level 70 direct upgrade service around September 8th and upgraded to level 76 after completing more than 200 tasks. I waited for the PVP activity on the battlefield to start and personally played level 80 for 2 days. Then, on the morning of September 11th, I was banned. I couldn’t contact customer service for an appeal, and the response was that AI refused to change the judgment. I hope GM can lift the ban as soon as possible
