My account was deleted

Today I tried to pre-order the next DLC for Diablo 4. I was surprised when I tried to log in to my account. I did’nt put much attention when I entered the login details, but I was very surprised when my library was empty. I contacted the support service, but I cannot remember all the details requested. I didn’t use my account for just about a year, so my account should not be deleted. I checked my email, and I noticed that I just created a new account using the same e-mail that was assigned to the original one. It would not be a problem if not the fact I paid for the games that were on this account. Even if I didn’t play for some of them anymore, I cannot see the point in spending about 100GBP to buy again Diablo 4 with all DLC, when I already spent about 80GBP to buy it.

It looks as if your account was hacked. If so, nothing can be done on the forums and contacting Blizzard Support was the correct step.

Provide the details you can. If your first ticket is closed, open a new one, provide the ticket number of the first ticket so that the two tickets can be linked, and the details they asked for. Hopefully, your account was registered to your name…
