This morning I bought 420 of Phylacterweave, the material for crafting t3 with my demon hunter character. And I realized that I could not craft with the demon hunter character. I tried to transfer the Phylacterweaves to my rogue character via mailbox, but I realized that there was no item account bound and all my gold was wasted. I was careless, but what you did is also wrong. Characters without a T3 set should not be able to buy Phylacterweave.
