Response duration of the mobile payment method

So when you try to use the mobile payment method in your shop you have to calculate 24h duration of processing it? I tryed to buy something yesterday with the mobile payment method, my number isnt authorized (prepaid) so it told me i cant do it. thats totaly fine, my problem is that for your website, the payment is still on “pending” cause you only share that processing details every 24 hours with that mobile payment website, WHY??? Im literally sitting there for 25 hours now, waiting that this payment FINALLY gets the response “we didnt make a deal” so i can move on and choose a different paying method. That is unacceptable for me. i get the feeling that your support is SO BAD these days. just help me and fix it. seriously
