I experienced a repeated disconnection error while playing Stadium Competitive. My internet connection itself was stable, as I was playing with a wired Ethernet connection, so this does not appear to have been caused by a general internet issue on my side.
During the matches, the game kept disconnecting me unexpectedly. Even when I rejoined the match, I was disconnected again, and this kept happening repeatedly. At first, I received a suspension of around 7 hours, but when the same issue happened again, it resulted in a Season 6 suspension.
I respectfully ask you to review this suspension and remove it. These disconnections were not intentional, and I was not leaving matches on purpose. It seemed more like a connection or synchronisation issue between the game server and other players, rather than deliberate behaviour on my part.
I also believe it is unfair to penalise a player who was repeatedly disconnected but kept trying to rejoin and continue the match. Logically, penalties should be aimed at players who intentionally leave and make no effort to come back. It does not make sense to punish a player more severely simply because they were disconnected multiple times while repeatedly trying to return to the game.
There are also multiple discussion posts from other players reporting the same Stadium disconnection issue, which suggests that this is not an isolated case affecting only me. Blizzard should be making a stronger effort to investigate and resolve this issue. I do not experience this problem at all in other standard game modes, only in Stadium. Please look into this carefully in the next patch.
I do not believe it is fair to receive such a severe suspension for something that was not intentional. I am simply a player who enjoys Overwatch and communicates well with others. My endorsement level is around 5, which reflects that I normally play fairly and do not try to cause problems for other players.
