HEllo,I know that the acc solution on the forum is complete nonsense ... 29.3 I got a perma ban without warning for a 3rd party program.. I tried to find out why it happened so I ran the PC through the malware antivirus that Blizzard itself recommends and it found 2 viruses.. of course I tried to add it to the explanation that I can't do the rest of the reality.. but every time my request was rejected and that it won't change and: ,,we do not disclose any information regarding our investigation´´. what am I doing wrong? I don't want to pay more money to get a ban in a few weeks.. I understand from the logs that I play almost 3 days in a row.. even if I'm secured/free I can probably do whatever I want and have fun with whatever I want, right? But I'm sure I've never knowingly cheated ... could there please be a good GM here. who would be willing to look at what actually happened? I really don't know what went wrong and I'd like to prevent it.. thank you
