I’ve been forced to re download the battle.net agent and world of warcraft as the game would not launch.
I followed your rubbish steps and uninstalled it all. Now my updating battle.net update agent is stuck at 30%. I have no clue on what to do.
I have tried re downloading and it starts at the exact same spot

Not entirely certain what steps you’ve followed there, but if you are getting stuck in the download of the Battle.net app, I would suggest that you have a look into this article here.
If it is possible to maybe provide a screenshot of the error, or the app being stuck it would be great as well.
