Vanguard not Saving campaign

Need help. When i launch the campaign I am asked the usual questions to accpet licence etc etc and than start the campaign. When I exit game and launch game I am asked the same questions again and there is no saved game and have to restart.

If I play the game and exit to the campaign screen and click on the icon to load I receive an error “cannot resume checkpoint from this device”

ive had the same issue its reset twice on me now I want to play the campaign and experience it firsthand but it seems I may have to end up watching a playthrough on YouTube

im guessing no fix has been found for this? its pretty ridiculous honestly
