I am very happy to Starcraft 2 and Diablo immortal.
But I moved to South Korea since 2018, still my account country is still old country.
I want to change my account country.
Blizziard told me it is impossible.
Please make it possible, please.
Account country/region changes on Blizzard accounts are intentionally very limited, mainly due to billing, taxation, and regional licensing rules.
In most cases, support is correct that changing the registered country is not something that can be freely done after account creation, especially if the account has active purchases, subscriptions, or payment history tied to a different region.
Moving to a new country doesn’t automatically update the account region, and there usually isn’t a self-service option for this either.
At the moment, if support has already reviewed the request and confirmed it can’t be changed, that is typically the final answer for that account. Forum users also won’t be able to override or escalate account region settings.
If you’re trying to access games from your current location, you should still be able to play on the existing account, but store pricing, payment methods, and regional services will remain tied to the original account country.
Blizzard gave you the correct answer:
Accounts created outside of Korea cannot change their country to Korea due to the National ID requirement. You will need to create a new Battle.net Account in that region.
