Hello all.
Please note that the forums are not the avenue to dispute actions taken on an account, even if its on behalf of someone else, as we cannot disclose any information about why someone was banned/suspended.
I can only speak in a general sense and mention that if an appeal is made, an investigation is always made into the matter with logs checked and searched. If the person affected has already made a ticket for an appeal then that is all that can be done.
I realise that this response might not meet some of your expectations for what you want to have happen with this thread however I have to mention that I cannot meet those expectations because we cannot reveal or go into details about account actions through a forum post.
In this case, is it possible to say that I can get a ban for the reports, and then it is not known how long you will conduct the investigation (if at all)? And all this time (I do not know how long) I will not be able to play? What kind of wpvp then can be discussed if any “offended” person can ban the offender?

Dear Technical Support, an appeal has been filed, but the answers are template. Just think for yourself, how can a fury-prot warrior who has only engineering out of professions use Bot? And all time he staying in Orgrimar bank or in raid. This is ridiculous. And they will ban him right after the mass report of the guilds that lost to us PVP? Isn’t it strange for you?

Blizzard, please investigate this situation in more detail. I do not want to think that a similar situation is possible. When you can block people with mass reporting.

I’ve seen many times how people call for mass reporting and it seems that it works otherwise why should they do it.

Wtf??? Where the support?
oh wow, I didn’t know they r behaving that harsh to their costumers. Have you got any explanations why they did so? for me it seems too unprofessional to ban costumers just because you can’t explain how they got their gold and other privileges
