WoW Freezes; Can’t cast spells, must alt-F4. Chat still works

I’m not sure exactly when this problem started because I usually play on my stationary computer which has ethernet. But I’ve picked up my laptop and started playing wow on it again and I haven’t been playing on it since War Within.
When I played the War Within everything went smoothly but now I cannot play the game anymore.
I log in on a character, get like 10 seconds of playtime and then the game starts lagging like I’m about to disconnect but I never really do and the chat still works. It’s wierd since my wifi is fast and got strong signal and other apps and games work without problems but it’s only WoW that gets this lag.

Anyone else got this problem?
