worldwide, they should just restart servers if they are “fixed”
You should know if blizzard messes up, they really FUBAR it (of course it’s a world wide problem).
It also could already be solved easily by resetting the servers, so that in the first weekend at least most of the players could have some fun playing it but hey, that would make it only a minor problem I guess, and we really aiming here to make as much people as angry as possible. Been stuck for over 7 hours now.

Unlock the characters already. I really dont get it, how they always find a new way to screw it up. The original d2 launch wasnt that bad - at least not for me…
I cant play HC at all - SC somehow works. But who want to play SC? 
Should we start claiming for refunds to get a damn server restart ?

Yes please. For me the start is by far the most fun, when everybody is struggeling in HC…

By the way. This also happened a few hours after launch. Excatly the same. They simply restarted the server and everyone could play again. Obviously this is only a temporary solution… but at least we could play again for a few hours until it happened again.
they should make servers on a restart timer of like 3 or 4 hours untill they find a fix, so everyone can play…

Уже 4 часа как зайти не могу. Персонаж в игре. Если нового создать, игру позволяет запустить, только вот бесконечный черный экран. метелица как всегда обосралась, как в прочем и всегда.
