does anyone know can we demand a compensation for this? I mean we bought the game as it said it will be available from 23rd, but it is now 25th and we still can’t play it, but the money is paid, this seems like some sort of non-compliance with the agreement. Does anyone know these legal stuffs?

I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and advise you to do the same. Hit them where it hurts, their business reputation. Go to the BBB site, search Blizzard Activision Santa Monica, CA 90405

Yes, I did the same and wrote a Complaint and I advise everyone to put them in their place

why are you guys even here? you know how launches are now a days. stop bitch and wait your refunds. Also i would like to remind you that a refund needs to be done with in 15 days from purchase according to European Court Law. Also in the blizzard terms of service it states clearly you can have 1 refund every 60 days. You agreed to this when you made your account. Also none of you own your accounts if you read the terms of service. They are being rented to you, which is something you agreed to as well. But sure go ahead and waste your money on court cases when you haven’t even bothered to read the terms of service when making an account.
