Died Hell Hardcore on stucked council member

Hello,

I was in the Travi TZ and a servant of the Council was stuck on the stairs. After a few seconds it came loose and I was instantly dead. Absolutely not possible with the equipment and full life. Would be great if I could get an explanation in the best case but the char again.

Deal with it, or play softcore.

Hardcore characters cannot be revived by any means. Customer Support cannot revive hardcore characters.
