I think this is really an issue with summoners because in fact your summons (including merc) seem to begin wondering around the entrance during the load screen, and it is not that the mobs were already at the entrance, it’s just that they were most probably aggro’ed by your companions.

i got same problem on hell. Support say no. So i think about refunded game becouse its so stupid loose time without fun when died is not your fault but u still loose character.
