Ele druid and cold resist charm

Why does the ele wind druid not use a cold sunder charm? You know like the “cold resist -77” Cold rupture grand charm? On sites like icyviens or wowhead it’s one of the few classes that isn’t listed as having one as bis.

Hurricane does cold damage so wouldn’t it help. I mean I do spam tornado as well which doesn’t do cold damage. So should I not use it on my wind druid?

Heavily depends on your build. If you play a Doom-Druid you should definetely use a cold sunder, but a Tornado-Druid doesn’t really need any sunders.
