I’ve been running into a really frustrating issue with Diablo II: Resurrected. The game launches fine, but as soon as I enter Act 1 – it crashes immediately. When I try to relaunch it, the screen just starts flickering like crazy and I can’t do anything until I force quit.
I figured maybe my system couldn’t handle the new version, so I tried playing the older, classic Diablo II. That one actually works for a bit longer, but eventually it also freezes or crashes.
I’m running the game on a laptop with an Intel Core i7 processor, but I only have integrated graphics (Intel UHD Graphics – no dedicated GPU). I checked in Device Manager and dxdiag, and there’s no other graphics card.
Would love any help or suggestions. Is this a known issue with Intel graphics? Is there a way to make the game more stable, or am I just out of luck with this hardware?
