A 2.3Billion company that cant keep servers online for more than some hours.
Love it when i finally have some quick time to play, open the game and “Cannot connect to server”, or “check if you have internet”. Just buy Top Tier server equipment and lose 0.5% profit…how hard can it be?

Dear, a minimum of communication about the magnitude of the situation would be welcome, everyone is starting to lose patience and be exasperated.
We all (or almost?) have a life and multitudes of things to manage, if the little time we can have to relax on a video game has spent desperately waiting for the server to answer it is more than frustrating …
Transparency and benevolence would perhaps make it possible to take our evil in patience… because silence sends a signal of bad omen for your customers (for a for-profit company, I hope this term makes sense for you, otherwise we know where all this will lead…).

Nous avons tous (ou presque ?) une vie et des multitudes de choses à gérer, si le peu de temps que l’on peut avoir pour se décontracter sur un jeu vidéo est passé désespérément à attendre que le serveur veuille bien répondre c’est plus que frustrant…
De la transparence et de la bienveillance permettrait peut-être de prendre notre mal en patience… car le mutisme envoie un signal de mauvais augure pour vos clients (pour une société à but lucrative, j’espère que ce terme fait sens pour vous, sinon on sait ou tout cela mènera…).
Bon courage pour le rétablissement du service en tout cas, et peut être à bientôt !

200000000000 ppl trying to hack vs 40 programers that try to fix it , theyre humans! and nobody can counter that if not closing the servers so say thx to that who try to hack the game for the connection issues. Thats the reality!

They could probably do it and get rid of the root cause but that’s probably what they want to avoid, it’s all about decreasing the cost and increase the revenue…
to compensate the players because of your down servers, please give 2 BER, 1 MAL and an IST runes, thx

So Blizzard made their money from a 20 years old game and dont give a shit about servers. No wonder, the best employees are gone. Not even Diablo 4 will help to stay as a publisher on the market. Because there will be the same problems for players: Blizzard took their money and dont give a shit about servers…

Eröffnet bitte trotzdem alle eine Konfliktlösung über PayPal und verlangt die komplette Rückerstattung. Das macht Blizzard zusätzlich Arbeit, da sie darauf reagieren müssen.
