“Poor indie company” made 8 billion dollars last year-- probably more than some small countries.

Они бы больше просили, но понимаеш её некто не купит!

The LEAST you should be doing as a company is OFFERING REFUNDS for this game that has not worked right since launch. @ me when you are ready to offer us loyal customers a full refund option as you did not adequately prepare and develop this game, which you knew to be immensely popular, for popularity online.

Simple rule of thumb for the future. When a game gets released, wait for feedback. That’s the point with D2R but also the downside to it.
What I mean by this is that, any online game is gonna 9/10 have a server problem that will last for a while depending on the games’ company.
What I mean by the downside of this, is that the games released in todays era, are near enough all the same. They have an Alpha and then Beta to help clear up any issues that occur. Blizzard knew about a majority of these issues and did nothing.
Games today are always release whilst technically in development, this needs to stop. At least in the old days when a game was released, it was complete. Now it’s all to do with the servers, which leads to patches that end up eating your computers file space.
Look at COD, they release new games and the graphics are near enough the same each game yet they require alot of space to run them. Look at Modern Warfare, their updates/patches were near enough 10gb per update and yet it was just for a server fix, wtf?

remboursez les gens , bande d’incapable

For those who would like a refund: European laws are not those of the United States; the buyer is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years (it also applies to dematerialised goods. ) which implies more obligations for the seller.
Shearch on Net for youre country.
Thank you Europe.

That’s unfortunately the trend with Blizzard nowadays. When they make a game, you’ll have to wait for them to end up in court and get review bombed everywhere to buy it for its actual price in the aftermath of all this. I didn’t think this would have applied to a 2000 game as well but hey, it’s good experience for the future.

impossible de jouer plus d’1h sans que le jeu plante, quel honte pour un jeu “blizzard”!!

I think its time we ALL start taking legal action against these clowns. They can’t refuse and stop us all. They had a chance to redeem themselves and the first product since the lawsuit is this broken remake from a 20 year old game. Nah…

Oh Cry me a river. Let me play this tiny violin for you. Boo Hoo. I want a refund!! Pathetic. Cry more nerds.

You must enjoy being taken advantage of. Only a nerd pays hard earned cash to stare at menus and likes it.

money back! money back! money back! FAST !!!

i cant play the game. anyone can anser me?
