Note that Rune prices can change, especially on the ladder and even more so on HC.
But with that said, here is what I have seen on private discord servers, on reddit and in game.
The following is based on the fictional HR (High Rune) often used on private servers. It is very easy to use and gives a very accurate and easy way to value runes and to break runes into what ever you want.
PG 0.0008 HR (you may choose to round this to 0.001)
El-Io 0.0008 HR (you may choose to round this to 0.001)
Lum 0.01 HR
Ko 0.01 HR
Fal 0.01 HR
Lem 0.02 HR
Pul 0.04 HR
Um 0.06 HR
Mal 0.1 HR
Ist 0.16 HR
Gul 0.25 HR
Vex 0.5 HR
Ohm 0.75 HR
Lo 1.25 HR
Sur (half of what ever Ber is)
Ber 3.5 HR
Jah 3 HR
Cham 0.4 HR
Zod 0.9 HR
