i am German, i havent a tin foil, i use after the Crash Weekend Houres to farm, and it was only low drop, you know wen you the problem have self, with lower fps, what i can drop in my options, it works better. i need no Fight for answers i will give help. (fps was 140+ , now i have it down to 40)
that’s fine, whatever works for you… fps dropping, pressing lobby gem 17 times or any other “ritual” - if you feel better, then it “works” 
you dont know the problem, you havent take it, you say only that its normal drop chance, but when you know this game you see it everytime, but thrust me ,a lower frame gives chances.
