Are you suggesting that “Amazon Warrior From Dimension XXX” isn’t a realistic depiction of ancient warfare?
Currently there is no mod.
The main problem - blizzard restricts mod freedom in d2r,
and they did’t gave us full answer about what can be modded in game client, without ban.

Hey, there are multiple MODs for D2R just Google it or check Nexus Mods. Since the game also gives you the possibility to MOD (just a bit difficult ) you should be good. Just make sure you made a copy of your save before.

It seems that stupid humans are trying to apply the reality they live in to a fantasy world. Fantasy is should enjoy it as a fantasy.
I hope you can play some nice and pretty characters in a fantasy world.
Be thankful that it’s a Remaster from an already existing game.
If Diablo 2 was created from scratch today, the barb & pala would be lovers, the Necromancer & sorceress transgender, assassin would have some migration backstory and the druid would be a ‘‘fragile man with feelings’’.
Just go on YT and check out all those channels from the desperate 2k22 ‘‘new type women’’, shtstorming beautiful, sexy women with: ‘‘oh come on, you don’t have to do that’’ ‘‘just be yourself, it’s ok’’
