When the 1st lad reset to NL, all my inventory is gone, because only left previous NL in inventory.
How to regain back ?
its not gone, your nl items if you look in shared stash there is this checkbox you can click on, click on it and you see the old ones, but remember once you take those out you cant put them back in there.
also the nl items will only be possible to take for a whole season, so when next season start all this will go away, remember that
