if you are lucky it is 35k gold.

it is missing 20fcr
just compare items to the standard unique (shako) and see why would anybody use something else in its place. The only reason is always fcr and then people want to come as close as possible to the remaining stats of shako (life + res socket um) or add massive str as well as 2 sockets

so a gg circlet is like:

+2 skills
20 fcr
Life / str / dex
@res
single res
2 open sockets

the more you got of those stats, the higher the value
if +2 and fcr is missing it is automatically trash usually
