I would have waited till next year for a good D2R experience, if it was the time you need to get server stability, game-stability (no random shutdowns & error-messages) and some transparency on what is going on with the game.
I love D2 and I love the fact that you re-created a good game,
but yet I am so dissapointed in you.

Couldn’t play yesterday, now wanted to enjoy a nice break with the game guess what ? played 15 min and servers are already down .

I realy hate to say this but this server down time issue might beginn to start waves like the infamous diablo imortal “You guys have cellphones right?”
There are just to much players upset about this … and maybe a little buissnes advice:
Sometimes it is worth spending a bit more money to fix a problem … is should be common knowlege … a happy customer is a good customer that likes our products AND!!! (realy important here ActivisionBlizzard Management!) BUYS OUR PRODUCTS AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN !!!
i don’t know , what exactly is the reason for these server-down scenarios but maybe it’s like d2 : massive botting and duping . if this is the reason : just make items soulbound( this will not stop botting ofc ) . one can find a LOT of item shops selling stuff already and i can imagine how they get their items if i look at the server situation : it’s like d2 years ago . the dupers and botters took over the game .
