I started with and stayed with lightning, for no other reason than that I had one at 99 back in vanilla.
It wasn’t a great experience until I got an Infinity.
It occured to me after hammering my way through hell, that I hit 99 in the past before Immunes were added 
That’s good, personally I would make orb-lightning build, with 1 point in warmth and insight since it is easy to make.
