I know they are trying to fix these issues, I read the post, but these things would have surfaced if they would have opened this game as open beta for a longer period. this queue system is just a slap in the face and makes us even more angrier for how poorly the whole launch has been handled. I think this is where we (at least I am) ask for the money back. I’m not happy where this is heading.
For the next game of this company we should built an “Pay-Queue-System”, lets say 100 payments each day. If… The Server runs perfect… If not, maybe caused by some legacy-code-issues, maybe 1-15 payments each day… Aaaand maybe the server crashes from time to time

i wake up then launch diablo 2 downgraded : 20 min queue > i open my cow lvl > 1 min in cow got a bug splat > lets go in queue again

So anyone who paid purely for MP, essentially paid queue simulator, not a very good one at that.
Pretty sure if in real life I fell down and fainted for a little while and “crashed”, I wouldn’t be sent to the back of the queue.
People would allow me back in where I was.
Especially if the faint was due to something that I had no control over.
This is probably a good idea but you gotta tune this queue times abit. closing in on 20 mins in queue right now and i went from 291 to 138
Its broken, ive been in the queue for over 3 hours now and watched my place go up and down.
Didnt expect it to still be having these kinda problems after launch.
truly in the 2021 still quequing is the the way to fix your lack of professionality? Shame on you… truly shame!!! Most of us are adult players try to find 1h to play a game they loved at the early morning of the Internet… Thanks to flush into the toilet a good opportunity to give at all of us little moments of relax and fun!!

Absolutely discussed with the queue, we all payed good money for this crap, they did not tell us about any queue then, kick me off Diablo II and give me a refund

I just play SP and ladder and having to exit a que every time I want to play SP becomes quickly wanting.
We put a “queue” sistem to fix the problems.
The problems are still there and worst than ever.
You are waiting to log on, and the game works awkfull…
We dont care, we got yours 40 euros and you have played more than 2 hours so, not renfundable.
